Are unlimited sessions really unlimited?

Yes. There is no session hard cap or session overage invoice. Security, abuse and faulty-integration protections still apply.

What does one domain mean?

One verified root domain and same-brand subdomains are included. Independent brands or clients belong in separate Agency plan projects.

How is a domain verified?

Add the TXT record supplied by TestVoy to DNS. In staging, SDK traffic is not accepted until verification succeeds.

What is the main difference between Starter and Professional?

Both include unlimited sessions and one domain. Starter covers core web A/B testing. Professional adds unlimited active experiments, funnel reports, Smart Mutex, feature flags, revenue analytics, API access and advanced integrations.

Which plan should agencies use?

Teams managing multiple independent clients, brands or domains should request an Agency / Multi-domain quote.

What happens with exceptionally high traffic?

Sessions are not cut off. For unusual event volume or usage affecting service health, the team will work with you on optimization and, if needed, a dedicated capacity plan.

Does the displayed price include VAT?

The Turkish checkout view shows the net amount, VAT and the VAT-inclusive TRY total before payment. No undisclosed fee is charged.

When does the subscription start?

The plan is activated electronically after the successful payment-provider notification is matched to the order amount and currency. There is no physical delivery.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

No. Cards are not charged automatically. To continue after a monthly or annual period, you approve a new payment on iyzico's 3D Secure checkout.

How do cancellation, refunds and invoices work?

Renewal can be stopped from the account. Refund and withdrawal requests are reviewed under the published policy and customer type; eligible refunds return to the original payment method. Invoice details use the billing identity recorded for the order.
